Recently, members of the ICE community shared their concerns about returning to the ice in a Return to the ICE Survey.

There were more than a few athletes and parents who reported being apprehensive about what training will be like with the changes due to the pandemic.

This quick tip is specifically about wearing masks during training. 
One athlete had concerns about not being physically able to run programs while wearing a mask.

Appreciation Is Key to The Champion Mindset

Now is a great time to talk about the champion mindset and appreciation. You don’t have to wait for a special occasion or day for this.

I work with skaters on establishing a mindset for success. I teach them how to establish excellent daily habits and thinking that will serve as a basis for transforming their mindset from the ordinary to extraordinary where their highest goals are possible.
